Using Dingle Gin, this Negroni cocktail is guaranteed to warm the cockles this winter season. The popular Italian drink has tastes of citrus and cherries, and while it can be of an acquired taste, it's ideal for sitting by the fire with a plate of your favourite cheese and crackers.
Here's everything you need:
Ingredients:
- 35ml Dingle Gin
- 35ml Campari
- 35ml Martini Rosso
- Orange peel to garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a glass
- Add ice
- Stir slowly and well to chill and dilute
- Strain into a chilled glass (suggested glassware – whiskey short)
- Garnish with orange peel
- Serve immediately
