But this year, alongside the seasonal staple Pumpkin Spice Latte, the company will be launching the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew.
And, honestly, it sounds amazing.
According to Insider, the drink is a mix of Starbucks' cold brew coffee with vanilla and pumpkin flavouring. It will have pumpkin cold cream foam, as well as a dusting of pumpkin spice.
Unfortunately, the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew will only be joining Starbucks' lineup of autumn treats in the United States and Canada.
But it's not all bad news for fans of the PSL.
A spokesperson for Starbucks confirmed that while the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew won't be coming to Ireland or the UK, there will be "cold variations" that will be available.
Plus, they promised that the OG pumpkin spiced coffee will be back in stores "soon".
The drink has been a firm favourite among Starbucks fans ever since 2003, when Peter Dukes created the first one after getting inspired by a taste of pumpkin pie followed by a sip of espresso.
The PSL then joined Twitter in 2014 as @TheRealPSL. It now has more than 100,000 followers and has even been proposed to by fans.
