If there was ever a drink to accurately represent the summer months, it's Aperol.
Throw some rosé and a few extra fruity bits in there and you've got yourself a stunning alcoholic beverage that'll bring some sun back to even the most depressing of days.
Or at least, it'll get you drunk.
The guys over at Bon Appétit tried the delicious alcohol beverage recently after asking their senior food editor Rick Martinez to make them a cocktail they'd want to drink all summer.
Thankfully for them - and us, tbh - he whipped up the below.
