Berry's ragu sauce is a tasty mix of passata, tinned tomatoes, stock and herbs, oven cooked for an hour. Towards the end of the cooking time, she stirs in the cream and pops it back in the oven to reduce. Although we have yet to give it a bash, we are 100% in support of this wild idea, if only for the guaranteed leftover creamy, garlicky sauce to dunk our garlic bread in afterwards.
