Up to much this Easter weekend?

Whether we're planning on sitting in our homes, hopefully eating some nice food, or heading out on this extra long weekend, we can guarantee a cocktail (or two) will be had. Whatever your plan is, we've got to make the most of it. We've got to dust off that whiskey bottle and make some delicious Easter themed cocktails. And yes, they all contain chocolate. White (Russian) Rabbit  You will need:

• Vodka (1 part)
• Milk (2 parts)
• Coffee liqueur (or just plain old iced coffee) (1 part)
• Chocolate shavings
• Whipped cream

Method:

• Add the vodka and liqueur to an old fashioned glass and stir. If you're using iced coffee stir extra well.
• Add the milk, spray with whipped cream, and top with chocolate shavings. Enjoy.

Irish Nutella Hot Chocolate  You will need:

• Whiskey (2 parts)
• Milk (1 cup)
• Nutella (2 tablespoons)
• Whipped cream
• Chocolate shavings

Method:

• Heat the milk in a saucepan by bringing to the boil and leaving on a gentle simmer. Add the Nutella and stir well with a whisk until fully mixed.
• Add the whiskey to a long heat-proof glass (or a mug, we ain't fancy) and pour the Nutella hot chocolate over.
• Stir well, add a squirt of whipped cream and dust with some chocolate shavings.

Strawberries and Cream Springtime Spritz You will need:

• Strawberries and Cream Baileys (1 part)
• Vodka (1 part)
• Chocolate liqueur (1 part)
• Milk (2 parts)
• Prosecco (1 part in shot glass)

Method:

• Combine the Baileys, vodka, and chocolate liqueur in a wide set glass. Stir will and top with milk.
• Pour a single shot of Prosecco into a shot glass and gently balance it in the cocktail glass. If the shot glass will not steady, just take it out - you don't want your milk to curdle.
• Enjoy.
