• Frozen strawberries
• Simple syrup
• Lime juice
• Tonic water or Sprite
• Ice

The method is simple: blend, but blend slowly to start.

Make sure there is enough water so that it does actually blend (blend, scrap, stir, add more water if needed).

Start with a small amount of water and work your way up to the thick yet soft consistency of a daquiri.

Espresso Martini AKA The Mature Cocktail

It's for the people of the world who appreciate the taste of coffee so much, they want to drink it in an even fancier glass.

The best part is no one is going to fall asleep early at this girl's night if Virgin Espresso Martinis are on the menu.

If you're opting to forego the alcohol, they're quite simple to make at home.

All you'll need is:

• Instant coffee
• Sugar (to preferred taste)
• Heavy Cream
• Vanilla syrup (if desired - some like it sweet, some like it bitter)
• Ice

For the method, start by adding your instant coffee and sugar to a little boiling water to dissolve it.

Combine your heavy cream, dissolved coffee and sugar, (and vanilla syrup if you're using it) into a cocktail shaker, or mason jar, and shake well with ice cubes.

Pour into glass and top with coffee beans if you really want to add that bartender's touch.

Piña Colada AKA The Holiday Cocktail
