A few different videos have been doing the rounds on TikTok – and later on Instagram, but we came across these easy to follow instructions on
Delish.com:
First, wash and dry your strawberries really well. Take a fork or a toothpick and stick it in the top end of the strawberry to prep for dipping in chocolate. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminium foil.
Snap one pretzel stick in half and push two mini marshmallows onto the end of one of the half sticks. Take scissors and shape the two marshmallows to look a little more like one long oval instead of two plump circles. This is serving as the "drumstick." Repeat this process with the other half of the pretzel stick.
Melt some chocolate. Dip one side of the marshmallow end of the pretzel stick into the chocolate and stick it onto the lower third of the strawberry with the pretzel end down. Repeat on the other side.
Cut another marshmallow in half diagonally. Dip the cut end into the chocolate and place each half on either side of the top of the strawberry. These are the "turkey breasts."
Give the chocolate five minutes to dry. Then, grab the strawberry by the fork or toothpick, and dip the whole thing in the melted chocolate.
A few tips here: Don't leave the strawberry in the chocolate too long, or the marshmallow parts will fall off. And let the excess chocolate drip off before placing it back on the baking sheet. Put in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to let everything set, and then enjoy!
