As we head into a fresh BBQ season, a new food trend has popped up and it's leaving us confused and a bit queasy.
It's a new grilling technique doing the rounds and it involves two delicious ingredients: pineapple and pork.
Yes, we believe in pineapple on pizza... and yes, we are firmly behind gherkins on burgers... but pineapple wrapped bacon? We don't know if we're willing to do that to ourselves... or to bacon.
To be fair the description sounds pretty delicious: hollowed out pineapple filled with seasoned pork loin, wrapped in bacon and bbq sauce, and smoked.
