Its name is La Moneda Reserva Malbec from Chile if you're going to rush out and buy a few crates.
A slosh of 240 wine experts (we didn't know the collective noun for wine experts, so we made one up) said the Chilean red was 'an absolute crowd pleaser'.
And the taste? "Freshly crushed black fruit, creamy vanilla yoghurt and pepper spice” according to the judges, who exalted its “succulent juicy berries on the palate” and "excellent freshness".
It was awarded the Platinum Best in Show at the industry’s Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) after a week of 16,000 blind taste tests to name the winners.
Bet there were a few sore heads after that.
