1. While skimming through a book on how to quit smoking, you're fantasising about smoking the book. No word of a lie, a book has never looked so desirable.
2. Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world. You should know because you've tried it so many times.
3. Your smoking buddies notoriously try to tempt you back to the dark side, not thinking twice about the fact you've quit (again!). Pandora couldn't take anymore temptation and neither can you. There's just no support.
4. That glass of wine just doesn't taste the same and the idea of cutting down to social smoking has never seemed more appealing. But look how far you've come.

5. After a few days you find yourself reaching for the doughnuts in work but don't worry, this won't last forever. Give in (in moderations) because cravings are part of the process but you can look for healthier alternatives at a later date. No one's perfect.
Have you read this entire list and now feel like you deserve a ciggie as a reward? Forget it, that's the addiction talking.
