For the best results, add 2 teaspoons of crushes dandelion leaves to a cup of boiling water and allow it to brew for 10 minutes. *Warning – definitely does NOT taste like your morning cup of tea… Milk Thistle Well known for detoxing and promoting a healthy liver, milk thistle helps lower cholesterol levels and has shown signs of helping reduce the growth of cancer cells in breast, cervical, and prostate cancers. Crush 1 tbsp. of milk thistle seeds in a mortar. Add to 3 cups of water and boil. Steep for about 20 min and strain.
