Eczema sufferers should avoid this one step

She recently told Her.ie that there is one thing eczema sufferers should never do.

The most important thing you can do to help prevent and treat this condition is to say no to soaps.

Gemma explained: "Say no to soaps When it comes to cleansing eczema-prone skin, gentle is the name of the game. Avoid soaps or heavily fragranced products as these can irritate the skin."

Gemma said the best thing you can do is to use soap-free products on your skin.
