We asked you to send in any questions you had for Jenny over on our Instagram and we were delighted to see just how open you all were. Jenny has already answered some of your top questions right here, but now she's back to chat further about all things sex, emergency contraception and sexual wellbeing. Here's what Jenny had to say...

How do I relax enough to really enjoy sex? I’m always up in my head.

"Pleasure lives in the body and it expresses itself through sensation. When you notice that you’re in your head, one of the best tips that I can give you is name three sensations that you feel right now in your body. "This can be really simple like noticing the breath moving through your nose, feeling your abdomen rising and falling or noticing where heat may exist in the body - whether that’s in your cheeks or your lower back or your inner thighs. Doing this allows you to move from your head into the body and into the experience of pleasure expressing itself."

I’m embarrassed to talk to my pharmacist when I've had unprotected sex - can I get the morning after pill online? 

"It can feel a bit awkward disclosing to a complete stranger that you’ve had unprotected sex or contraceptive failure, but it’s so important not to let this put you off getting emergency contraception if you need it. And remember, for pharmacy staff it really is nothing out of the ordinary. "However, if you do feel nervous about asking for the morning after pill, there is always the option to order ellaOne online and collect in store through the Click & Collect service on ellaone.ie"

Suggestions for a 40 year old married woman who has never had an orgasm?

"I believe every woman, whether you have never had an orgasm or don’t know if you’ve orgasmed, is capable of orgasming. And age absolutely does not come into this. "I would highly recommend that you’re seeking out high quality sex education, because this is going to help you to learn and unlearn what you think you know about orgasm already which mostly has been given to you, right? What it looks like, what it sounds like, what it feels like. One thing I absolutely know for certain is that pleasure is unique to you, so education is going to give you language that becomes a portal for you to step into your unique experience of pleasure." 

I've used the morning after pill before, can I use it again?

"Yes, there is absolutely no limit to how many times you can take the morning after pill during a lifetime. However, the key word is emergency - so it really should only be thought of as a backup contraception."

Sex is getting boring, how do I try spice it up? How to start finding new positions?

"So if sex is becoming boring, this is actually a really good thing, it means that you’re more willing to take risks, you're willing to become sexually creative and you’re also open to learning new things. Luckily, in the day and age that we live in online, there are so many possibilities available  to you. "You can seek out high quality sex education, you can also take workshops - please feel free to come to any of mine - and you can also look at healthy porn options which will help you ,kind of, give you new ideas, explore new positions that you can be in and just learn more about yourself so that you can kind of keep your relationships fresh, alive and spicy!"

Does it matter how long after I've had unprotected sex that I take the morning after pill?  

"The sooner you use emergency contraception, the more effective it will be. However, you can take ellaOne up to 5 days after you have unprotected sex, or alternative emergency contraceptive pills can be taken within 3 days."
