She already has two children - nine-year-old Ruby Megan Henson, and Dexter Lloyd Henson, eight - from her relationship with former rugby star, Gavin Henson.
Charlotte and Gavin dated for more than five years from 2005-2010 and were at one stage one of the highest-profile young couples of the tabloid-era.
A source close to the newly-married couple told the Daily Mail this week: "Charlotte and Jonathan have been in love for a long time and a wedding was always on the cards.
"They wanted to keep things low key and swore all the guests to secrecy as they married under a tree."
