"One of Harry’s happiest childhood memories was being read a bedtime story by his mother. "She loved all the old classics and Harry had the brilliant idea of starting a little library of first editions for Louis, Charlotte and George to enjoy as they get older. "He originally wanted to get Lewis Carroll’s Through The Looking Glass, which was on sale for £24,000, but decided Winnie-The-Pooh would be more suitable for a first tome."
Prince Louis was christened at St James’ Palace on Monday by the Archbishop of Canterbury.
As well as the newborn's parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, in attendance at the ceremony was Prince Charles and Camilla, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Michael and Carol Middleton, James and Pippa Matthews, and James Middleton.
Prince Louis - full name Louis Arthur Charles - was born in the private Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London, on April 23 of this year and weighed 8lb 7oz.Explore more on these topics:
