When it comes to making wedding plans, most brides and grooms agree that the weather is anything but dependable.

[caption id="attachment_370989" align="alignnone" width="5953"] © SEAN ELLIOTT PHOTOGRAPHY[/caption] Tristan, 30, and Colette, 33, had woken up on Monday to eerie, orange-hued mists and a hazy red sun - the result of Ophelia blowing red Saharan dust towards Europe. [caption id="attachment_370987" align="alignnone" width="6000"] © SEAN ELLIOTT PHOTOGRAPHY[/caption] Afterwards the bride told Mirror.co.uk that the setting "was like walking onto a film set". She added: "It was really spooky but really atmospheric - so striking." And Colette agreed that the photos were "amazing". "We couldn’t believe it when we saw them," she explained. "Sean is such a talented photographer... It was very Tess of the d'Urbervilles, or Great Gatsby." They had held their reception at the 17th-century Ellingham Hall. Sharing the photos on Facebook, Sean Elliott called the weather that day "nothing short of Biblical".
