A new series is starting on Netflix on December 18th, 'Making A Murder'. Not to be confused with, 'How To Get Away With Murder'.
It's a new 10-part crime documentary series which centres around the story of Steven Avery, who served 18 years for a crime he didn't commit only to be accused of murder two years after being freed from jail.
Avery spent 18 years in jail for sexual assault, before being exonerated in 2003 after new DNA evidence was found. Then in 2005, Avery was arrested and charged with murdering a photographer, Teresa Haibach.
The documentary will follow his case and we'll hear from Avery's lawyers, as well as his close friends.
