Thwarted in love, he is sad and lonely and ultimately just wants to fit in. Good girl Cindy Lou is touched by his tough life and decides to invite him to a celebration which he accepts only at the promise of seeing his one true love Martha and upsetting the bully of a Mayor. It’s touching really. But what’s that? During Cindy Lou’s research of The Grinch’s early life, she is cautiously listening to the tale of The Grinch’s arrival in Whoville.
