Sophie, and other former Love Island contestants, spoke about the online abuse received after leaving the villa. She said that she went to a dark place because of the amount of negative attention.
One twitter user commented:
Another criticised the company because of the reach of their tweet saying it was “unprofessional."Mad all the girls commenting positively on this. Be absolute uproar if it was directed at a female. Remember what happened recently to a former contestant due to online bullying and hatred. Anyone? No?

However, In The Style are sticking to their guns and insisting that the code is only a bit of fun and that supporting fellow ladies will always be their first priority. In a post discussing the issue, they defended their position, saying:Everyone involved with the conception of this tweet should be embarrassed. Unprofessional and bang out of order with the influence your company has @FR15BY

“We have always been against f*ck boys. We also hate early morning gym sessions. Bad coffee and working late on a Friday. "We loathe bullies and everything they stand for. As strong girls we have our views and we will share them … We are and always will be about girl power.”https://www.instagram.com/p/BkxoXCvH-at/?hl=en&taken-by=inthestyle Despite the complaints, the discount has received a load of positive reactions from ladies and men alike. So it seems like most people see the funny side of it. Or at least they’re sick of these boys not being called out for their nonsense. So what do you think? Is this discount code delving into the dangerous waters of cyber bullying? Or is it simply a bit of fun in the name of girl power?
