Gary Windass is set to admit his involvement in the Underworld factory collapse tonight. Consumed by guilt and fear, Gary decided to confront Imran and tell him that he was part of the reason that the factory roof collapsed and killed his sister. Rana became trapped under the roof on her wedding day just after she married Kate, safely ensuring that despite the fact that they were meant to be together, they were never going to be together. Imran has had his suspicions about Gary ever since moving his attention away from Nick. This comes after ex Sarah went to the police about Gary's actions when when she became convinced that he might have had something to do with Rana's death. Gary lost it and demanded to know what she was doing, to which Sarah responded that she felt like she didn't know Gary anymore, and that she wanted the authorities to sort it out themselves. This lead to Gary being questioned by police, which Imran assumes must mean he's got something to do with his sister's death. Gary decides that he's in too deep and that he has to admit his involvement to Imran. He decides to meet up with him during tonight's episode to confess what he's done. But just how far he'll go with his confession remains to be seen. Coronation Street continues tonight at 7.30pm on Virgin Media One.
