“Panic” Ahead Of Britain’s Got Talent Live Shows As Studio Evacuated

The live shows of Britain’s Got Talent get underway in the coming days but according to reports, rehearsals for the show are now in jeopardy. The run-throughs for the show came to a halt on Thursday after an unexploded bomb, believed to date back to World War Two, was found by builders in a car park near Wembley Stadium. It was unclear as to whether crew members and contestants would be allowed to re-enter the studios ahead of the live shows. “It was all incredibly dramatic and scary,” a source told The Sun. “Police came into reception and ordered everyone out immediately." Simon will not be too happy about this. “We are now in an absolute panic,” the source continued. “If the area does take a week to secure, then we won’t be able to hold the semis at Fountain. “We’ve been holding BGT and X Factor live shows there for years and there aren’t many other venues in London suitable at such ridiculously short notice. “That’s a major blow. Simon was going to run his eye over the acts and they would hone their performance. There’s no way they will be as well prepared now.” Meanwhile a spokesperson for ITV stated: “We will have to wait to hear from the police when we will be allowed back in.”
