One of Jim Carrey's movies is being made into a TV series and before we get too excited it's not Ace Venture or The Mask. His 2004 movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, is going into production for a new TV version.
The movie starred Jim alongside Kate Winslet and centred around a couple who decided to undergo procedures to forget each other following their breakup. Each time they manage to reconnect.
It was hugely popular when it was first released and won an Oscar for Best Screenplay and a nomination for Kate as the leading actress.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Steve Golin, who produced the original film, is remaking the romantic drama into a TV series and it's said to be in the early stages of production.
There have been no reports that either Jim Carrey or Kate Winslet will feature in the television series.
