The fifth entry into the Pirates Of The Caribbean is set to dock in Irish cinemas on 26 May, and to say it comes with a bit of a hefty price-tag is an understatement.

Johnny Depp returns in Salazar's Revenge (previously titled Dead Men Tell No Tales) as Captain Jack Sparrow, rejoined by Geoffrey Rush and Orlando Bloom, with Javier Bardem as the new ghostly villain. There's also ghost sharks, so we were sold from the get-go. However, the early reported budget for the movie, before a drop of advertising or promotion, is an incredible $320 million! If you're wondering why the Pirates movies are so expensive, it's because movies filmed at sea are notorious for being incredibly more expensive that land-based ones.
