Sinead O'Connor will perform a headline gig at Galway International Arts Festival this July, it has been confirmed.
The Mandinka singer will play at the festival's iconic Big Top on July 23rd, with special guest John Grant.
O'Connor has been enjoying a career renaissance in the last number of years, with latest album I'm Not Bossy, I'm The Boss finding favour with both critics and the public.
The singer has regularly collaborated with the former The Czars singer, with the pair teaming up for Grant's Pale Green Ghosts album as well as performances at both Electric Picnic and The Olympia.
Tickets for the date are priced at €39.50 and will go on sale on Friday 23 January from Ticketmaster and www.giaf.ie.
