Early Christmas present?!
Damien Dempsey has announced a December date at Vicar Street.
The Dubliner, whose last studio album was 2012's Almighty Love, will play the venue on December 18th.
Dempsey first came to national attention and acclaim with the release of his first full-length album, They Don't Teach This Shit in School in 2000. Since then he has released five further studio albums, along with 2014's It's All Good – The Best of Damien Dempsey.
Tickets priced €30 go on sale Thursday July 2nd at 9am.
