Variety.com the five-time grammy award winning actress will be teaming up once again with LA Reid who she collaborated with on 2005's
The Emancipation of Mimi.
The self-proclaimed diva will begin recording the album this summer while she resumes her Las Vegas residency in July.
She's had a turbulent few months, she broke off her engagement with Australian billionaire James Packer amid infidelity rumours that surfaced during the filming of her E docuseries "Mariah's World".
