Yewande got the short end of the straw during last night's episode when she was swerved by Curtis during the first recoupling.
After chatting to the professional dancer for a while in a scene that was probably the purest moment we're going to witness during this entire show, Curtis decided that he wanted to steal flight attendant Amy over the Co Meath scientist.
Despite already being coupled up with Michael, Yewande appeared dismayed by the decision after having admitted that Curtis was a bit of her and that she did quite fancy him.
However, it wasn't just the recoupling that got on people's nerves, it was that Yewande wasn't really in the show very much at all last night.
Viewers have pointed to the show's recurring race issue as the reasoning behind this, lamenting the fact that yet another contestant being left behind - both by the show and by the islanders - happens to be black.

It may only be day two, which means there is still all to play for.
And there's always more Yewande to put on screen.
