We are still in serious pain from laughing at tonight's trial on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

The Deadly Dash saw John Barrowman, Nick Knowles and Harry Redknapp compete in an obstacle race to pick teams for the upcoming Immunity Games. The course left the poor lads out of breath and covered in gunge and fish guts. It wasn't the most technically difficult challenge we've ever seen on the show (no heights, no deep water, no rats or snakes, no eating anything nasty) but they managed to make such a song and dance out of it that they had us in stitches. Lots of people watching at home thought that the threesome looked somewhat familiar...
