Curtis Busse from The Steven Avery Project has given an update on Steven Avery's case.
Curtis was chatting to WIBX 950AM recently where he said that Steven's new lawyer, Kathleen Zellner, believes that they have enough evidence and a strong enough case to exonerate Steven without a trial.
In the interview, he said, "Zellner's very confident, and Steven is also very confident that it's not gonna take that much time. And we're talking months here."
When asked about how Steven could be exonerated he said, "Phone records, DNA, there's alibis there that weren't proven the first time that Zellner is taking to the next level and gone the extra mile to prove."
Speaking about the blood in Teresa's car and the 'new DNA evidence' Kathleen Zellner claims to have he said, "They're going to show that the blood and the age of the blood, it's not going to match up between the two."
