The first night of the X Factor final was an eventful one (catch up here if you missed it) and you may have noticed this rather awkward moment.
Caroline Flack and Olly Murs were left trying to cover up a technical flaw when a VT first played without sound and then refused to play at all.
The presenter isn't having any criticism though and took to Twitter to say that the gaffe had nothing to do with her or co-presenter and was instead down to technical issues.
She wrote: "Not our fault. Technical issue. Get your facts right".
