Cringe.Big Brother fans will remember Josie and John James who became an item on the 2010 series of the reality show. She was from Bristol and he was from Australia. Josie went on to win the competition and once they had both left the house they continued dating.
They even got their own fly on the wall documentary about their relationship. Everything seemed to be going well with the couple even getting their own spread in OK Magazine, but in April 2011 they announced that they were splitting up, with John James moving back to Australia.
Then one month after, Josie was on Loose Women talking about the breakup where she blamed the differences between them on the split and also said that he hadn't been honest with her and had returned to the UK with a new girlfriend.
When asked if they were still friends at that point she quickly said, "No, we are NOT."
So judging by that we know that their relationship hasn't always been on the best of terms and recently, Rylan Clark decided to surprise her by bringing John James onto Big Brother's Bit On The Side as a surprise guest.
Predictably, this did NOT go down well.
To be fair, whoever thought that would be a good idea?
On the show, John James walked onto the set and awkwardly gave Josie a hug. When Rylan asked if she was alright, she struggled to even give a convincing "yes", and instead started stuttering and deflected the attention onto John James.
Yikes!
Watch the awkwardness here:
