Ellie joined this year's Love Island during the Casa Amor twist, hoping to confront Jack about their previous relationship - much to the upset of his girlfriend, Dani Dyer.
According to The Sun, she and Kem have remained close friends after their relationship didn't work out.
But, according to a source, it was still fairly awkward for her that Jack recently featured on Kem's series, Kem Cuts.

“Kem and Ellie enjoyed a secret romance before she went onto Love Island. “They have remained close friends since the show ended and were recently spotted at a hotel in Kent. "Ellie wasn't too impressed after seeing her ex-Jack feature on Kem's hairdressing series Kem Cuts last week. "Kem knows that would have irritated her given the history she has with Jack; it was definitely strange for her seeing them spend quality time filming together."
