A word of warning… if you’re planning to take on Cheryl Cole, you better be ready – the girl’s got game!
The singer and former reality TV show judge took to her hugely popular Twitter account today to set one journalist straight, and the result was anything but pretty for Polly.
Polly Hudson, a columnist for The Mirror, had earlier penned a piece entitled ‘Cheryl Cole would be much happier if she’d never become famous’, in which she claimed that ‘Cheryl Nosurname had the most depressing 30th birthday in the history of celebrations’.
Other lines included; “If Chezza was just a norm she’d be able to have real experiences, and she’d probably have some proper mates, too, instead of having to hang out with her mum and brother all the time.”

Nasty, mean and completely unnecessary writing, at least according to many people who commented on the piece in support of Cheryl.
