WOW! Jennifer Ellison goes from a size 18 to a size 10 in three months

Jennifer Ellison has spoken in the past about how anxiety contributed to her weight-gain.

However, the actress has now revealed the results of her pretty amazing health-kick: going from a size 18 to a size 10 in three months.

In total, she's lost 3 stone - as revealed in an Instagram post on Saturday evening. The before-and-after snap notched up 4K likes from followers in just two hours.

On Friday, 34-year-old mum-of-three had shared an image where she looked incredibly slim - prompting a load of praise from her fans. Previously, Jen has admitted that she drinks cola every day and snacks on the likes of Mars bars and jellies. She found fame almost two decades ago on Brookside, on which she played Emily Shadwick, and was also a tabloid favourite. Ms Ellison has three sons with her husband, Rob, and has spoken about suffering from post-natal depression.
