Or any of the royal family, for that matter.

The royals tend to go to a lot of public engagements and are pictured out and about regularly but there's one month of the year when you see a lot less of them. In August, they tend to go on summer holidays or staycations and that means there won't be any appearances for a few weeks. Now, look there's no rule as such in place and there's every chance that this year is different but this has been the procedure in previous years. A spokesperson told Elle UK that the royal family usually take a break at this time of year:

"August is traditionally a quiet month in terms of Royal engagements".

This would make sense too as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their three children are thought to be holidaying in Mustique at the moment. That would mean they planned their family break a little earlier than expected but then Kate is on maternity leave at the moment so it makes sense. Meghan celebrates her 37th birthday next week and there's every chance Harry will whisk her away somewhere fab. There are reports that the former Suits star will take a take a solo trip to America soon which would tie in with the idea of taking some time off. Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, also attended their final engagement 'before the summer break' on Wednesday with royal correspondent for  Rebecca English, tweeting about this during the week.
