Tristan Thompson has reportedly threatened legal action following new cheating allegations made against him. The basketball player has been accused of further cheating on his partner Khloe Kardashian by model Sydney Chase, who made the claims on a recent episode of podcast, No Jumper. Podcast host Adam Grandmaison told Page Six this week that the video they shared where Chase made the claims was deleted after the show received a cease-and-desist letter from Tristan's team. “Yeah, we got a cease-and-desist and deleted it,” he told the publication. “Honestly, I wouldn’t have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship.” The cease-and-desist letter, obtained by Page Six, says that Chase made “numerous false and defamatory statements” about Thompson on the pod. It reportedly reads: “You recklessly allowed Ms. Chase to make outlandish false statements about my client on the podcast without seeking to verify her claims in any way." The show has since has re-shared the video but removed the segment in which Chase mentions Thompson’s “peek-a-boo d–k.” “I try to avoid the ‘exposing’-style interviews these days," added host Grandmaison. Another letter reportedly received by Chase herself reads: “It is obvious that you are a liar [...] Your claim that you had a relationship with Mr. Thompson is pure fiction. "The purported texts you claim exist are equally fictitious, and they put words in my client’s mouth that he never said that are contrary to his thoughts and feelings. The Instagram model, aged 23, posted on Instagram: “I finally received the cease & desist hours after I made my post online. "It was first sent to an email I no longer use. However, I’m moving forward with the truth & am choosing not to comply. I will not be called a liar,” she concluded.
