Tributes have been pouring in for the entertainer Leslie Jordan following his death. Jordan, who is perhaps best known for his role as Beverley Leslie on the sitcom Will & Grace, passed away after being involved in a car accident in LA yesterday. He was 67-years-old. In a statement shared with CNN, his agent said: "The world is definitely a much darker place today without the love and light of Leslie Jordan. Not only was he a mega talent and joy to work with, but he provided an emotional sanctuary to the nation at one of its most difficult times. What he lacked in height he made up for in generosity and greatness as a son, brother, artist, comedian, partner and human being. Knowing that he has left the world at the height of both his professional and personal life is the only solace one can have today." For his work on Will & Grace, Jordan won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series. He was also recognised for his work in Hearts Afire, American Horror Story and The Cool Kids. In recent years, Jordan developed a huge following on social media.
