Gemma Collins has claimed she's lost three stone in just 28 days. The TOWIE star shed the pounds following a liquid-only diet coupled with a strict exercise regime during a month long retreat. The star, who has publicly battled with weight issues in the past, showed off the results of her hard work at the Creme de la Creme charity ball this weekend.

The star has previously opened up about her weight loss struggles, telling The Mirror that it's down to an insulin imbalance. At the time she said: "What people don’t realise is that I have an insulin problem. "My body produces more insulin than other people. It’s like diabetes, but it’s not. I should be on metformin three times a day but it makes me feel really ill. It would control my weight."

As well as the fresh fruit and vegetable juices, Gemma undertook a strict exercise regime. Jason Vale, who ran the juice retreat that Gemma attended, revealed to The Mirror: "She lost two-and-a-half to three stone in total in four weeks, living on nothing but freshly pressed juice. "She has been doing exercise as well but not military-style. None of it is forced."
