We’re predicting a whole new level of fame for Garfield following the news that he’s signed on to star in Martin Scorcese’s latest movie Silence.

The loveable Irish man has thrilled us with the news that he’ll return to The IT Crowd for a special finale. The cult show ran from 2006 to 2010, but since it ended O’Dowd has become a bona fide Hollywood star, with roles in hits like Bridesmaids and The Sapphires. Proving he doesn’t think himself too big for a return to where he came from, this news makes us love him all the more. Legend.
