The site on which the five-star Ashford Castle is situated dates back some 800-years and has in the past looked after some seriously high-profile guests; Rory McIlroy and Erica Stoll furthermore married there last year. On May 19 - Meghan and Harry's wedding day - the BBC reported that: "We know that they're going to hit the ground running."
