Sean Kingston, a member of his band and his bodyguard are being sued by a woman claiming they gang raped her back in 2010.
Carissa Capeloto, now 22-years-old, claims she was forced to have sex with the three men at a hotel in Seattle after she had smoked pot and drank 7-10 shots of vodka.
According to TMZ she alleges she was invited to a meet and greet with Kingston, following a Justin Bieber concert where he had also been performing, but that the Fire Burning star was naked on his bed when she turned up.
She claims that his bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Kingston after which the three mean proceeded to gang rape her.
The woman, who says she “obviously intoxicated (and) incapable of consent” at the time, claims her friend rescued her from the room. The authorities were then called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she was treated for injuries consistent with rape.
She is now suing all three men and wants at least $5 million because she says her life has been ruined.
Back in 2010 the initial criminal charges were dropped against Kingston after police said Capeloto was not credible enough.
Kingston has denied the claims and said in his legal documents that the sex was 100 per cent consensual. The trial has been set for November.

Sean Kingston has denied the allegations.
