Rosanna Davison has revealed that she has gone from being a vegetarian to being a vegan as part of her training for the Ironman Triathlon this September.
She told the Irish Daily Mirror that her new eating regime gives her lots of energy although admits that it doesn’t sound very appealing.
‘I always start with a glass of warm water and lemon then make a smoothie with spinach, celery, banana, apple, lemon and pear.’
Rosanna tweeted a picture of one of her spinach smoothies.
The 28 year old continued: ‘I know this may sound disgusting to most people but I’ve learned to love it and it gives you far more energy than you’d get from a cup of coffee.’
The former Miss World shows off her toned figure.
As appealing as the drink sounds and as fabulous as the former Miss World looks, we’re going to stick to the lattes and cappuccinos.
