Robbie Williams to Model His Own Underwear

Every woman, and man for that matter, remembers David Beckham’s underwear campaign for Emporio Armani. It had it all: pecks, Becks and abs!

Here it is just as a point of reference...

Now, picture Robbie Williams striking a similar pose in a pair of boxers from his new clothing line Farell. Doesn’t quite have the same appeal does it?

Fear not as Robbie himself has admitted that he needs to get into shape before stepping in front of the camera in his underwear.

The singer confessed to the Daily Mirror that as well as doing a few workout sessions, he needs to avoid the chocolate treats.

“Modelling my own undies is something I’m definitely interested in but I can’t separate me from chocolate just now,” he said before adding: “You don’t want to be a weed in a pair of Farrells. You want to be a David Beckham.”

But just like the rest of us Robbie knows that there is no shortcut to shedding the pounds and that the time to do it is now.

He told the newspaper: “I’ve just got to keep my feet out of her pantry. I’m nearly 40 so it’s now or never to lose weight.”

The fact that the star also has a little one on the way only adds to his motivation. Wife Ayda is due to give birth to their baby daughter this week which means Robbie needs to get to work ASAP!
