The Country Grammar rapper was arrested on drug charges
According to a statement released by authorities, the trooper then found "five colored crystal-type rocks that tested positive for methamphetamine, as well as a small amount of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia" in the vehicle.
Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes, is facing charges including possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
ABC News reports that the star paid $10,000 bail and was then released from prison.
