Do you hear it?

Meghan Markle has only been officially living in the UK a few short months but some people seem to think that she's picked up a bit of an English accent. As she appeared on Suits, we're all pretty familiar with her American accent. Now that she's a royal she'll be speaking in public a little less though she does chat to people when on royal visits. This video of her greeting members of the public when she went to Cheshire last month has been doing the rounds online and some people reckon she's got a bit of a twang, like when she says "Thank you, I appreciate that."

We have to say we don't really hear it but there's time - she could sound like Kate in a few years! Meanwhile, Meghan stepped away from her beloved pastel tones and wore a bright marigold-yellow dress to a royal function yesterday evening. The eye-catching gown she wore to the Your Commonwealth Youth Challenge Reception was by Brandon Maxwell, a former stylist of Lady Gaga.

It was the first time she's worn a dress by a male designer since becoming a royal.
