Now, of course, it's a private matter for any couple but as the couple are in the public eye, the pregnancy has been the source of much attention.
A number of bookmakers have lowered the odds on the royal baby being born in February although of course, it's important to note that is all mere speculation.
On October 15 2018, Meghan and Harry announced that they were expecting a baby at the start of their royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Fiji back in October and at the time, it was presumed that the 12-week scan was over which would suggest the baby was due in either March or April.
During a public appearance recently, the 37-year-old said that she was feeling"very pregnant" and there's no denying that her baby bump has grown too. February, March or April? We'll have to wait and see but it looks like people are going to keep the guessing going in the meantime.Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019. pic.twitter.com/Ut9C0RagLk
