Meghan's favourite thing to do is spend time with Prince Harry and their two children - Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie - so her birthday celebrations will revolve around family.
Earlier this month, the royals were hit with breakup rumours with an insider claiming they're planning on taking a break.
The pair moved to Montecito, California after stepping down as senior royals, but are allegedly spending time apart.
According to recent reports, the couple is considering a trial separation.
A source told RadarOnline that Harry is struggling with life in Hollywood.
They said: "They’re trying to figure out what hit them."
The source also said Prince Harry doesn't feel like he belongs in Meghan's world. He is reportedly struggling to fit in following their move to California.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rarely comment on relationship rumours. They have kept their personal relationship out of the limelight in recent months, especially after stepping down as working senior royals.
