A court date has been set for Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's case

A judge has set a court date for the It Ends With Us co-stars of March 9th, 2026.

The New York federal judge, Lewis J. Liman also moved an initial conference from mid-February to next week.

The judge confirmed the lawsuits will be combined for the trial.

He has warned both Lively's and Baldoni's lawyers to be "prepared to address complaints about pretrial publicity and attorney conduct."

Lively has accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and claimed he caused her emotional distress.

She also accused him of launching a campaign to “destroy” her career as well as her reputation.

Baldoni filed a €400 million against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.

Baldoni’s lawsuit follows Lively filing a legal complaint last year accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and a “hostile work environment” on the set of the film.

Baldoni is looking for at least $400 million in damages from Lively, including lost future income.

He has also accused the famous pair of hijacking the It Ends With Us marketing and production.

“This is a case about two of the most powerful stars in the world deploying their enormous power to steal an entire film right out of the hands of its director and production studio,” the lawsuit claims.
