Despite pocketing half of £50,000 when he won Love Island with Amber Gill and offers of other shows, he's planning on sitting his FE1 legal exams later this year.
"The plan is to become a solicitor once I retire [from rugby]," he told The Irish Daily Star. "That’s the big plan, but I’ll do it in little steps. “I have exams booked for October, the FE1s, so the plan is to still go for them. I’m not going to forget about my life just because I won Love Island. “I have been offered a couple of TV shows but I want to get home, home to Ireland and back into my rugby. I miss it. This is my true love.”Greg's other half Amber is just as ambitious as he is and is also set to return to work. A beautician by trade, she plans to go back to the salon in Newcastle where she works with her aunt.
"I'll definitely keep working with my auntie. We'll still have the salon, and I'll build from that - the goal would be opening a few more salons together," she said recently. "That was the idea before Love Island, so hopefully we'll see what we can do."
