Love Island stars Jess and Sammy have reportedly broken up just two months after winning the show.
Love Island stars Jess Harding and Sammy Root have ended their relationship. The reality stars decided to call things off after realising that they're "better off as friends".
According to MailOnline, the couple ended things on good terms but agreed that their relationship wasn't working outside of the villa.
The source said the pair felt more like friends than a couple.
The insider revealed: "Jess and Sammy have called it quits."
"Things have changed since leaving the villa and Jess has realised they're better off as friends."
The couple's break-up comes just two months after they won the show. Not only were they crowned the winners, but they were also granted a £50,000 (€57.6k) prize, which they decided to split.
Jess is reportedly coping well with their split, according to the source.
She recently flew out to Ibiza for a well-needed getaway with her nearest and dearest.
Jess and Sammy appeared on the 10th series of the British reality TV show. Viewers were surprised when they were crowned winners after beating fan-favourites Whitey Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki.
Speaking about how the show changed his life, Sammy said he never thought he would've fallen in love with someone.
"I never thought I would grow as a person so much in such a short amount of time, or end up leaving the villa with a girlfriend and dropping L bombs in a love letter but when you find the one unusual things happen."
